A new online tool that was recently launched to make reporting a non-working streetlight easier.
If you notice a streetlight that is broken or burned out, you can conveniently visit www.nipsco.com/streetlight_outage.aspx and submit a request to have it fixed.
An interactive map identifies all of the streetlights owned or maintained by NIPSCO. So if you do not have the exact pole number, you are still able to search for the streetlight by address or location.
For those customers who are unable to access the online tool, you can call the 24-hour customer service center at 1-800-464-7726.
