"We started out as 'lakers' but moved here full-time from Lafayette in the 1991 after my husband retired. I always wanted to own my own ladies' clothing shop so with the support of my family I decided, 'Why not?'

I made the decision to carry only brands that you might find only in larger cities like Indianapolis and Chicago. The community has been very receptive to the shop and,as a matter of fact, its success has exceeded my expectations for this first year in business.

I would love to see the downtown continue to revitalize itself and return to the "village" feel that I so enjoyed when we were here as 'summer' people. I love Monticello with its peaceful atmosphere, the people are so nice, and I love the lake and Indiana Beach....visit us and take a look around and Make My City, Your City."  Back
