About Board of Works member Grace Oilar
Grace is a lifetime resident of White County. She is married to Robert(red) Oilar. They have 5 children, 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Grace is retired from White County Sherriff Department as Clerical Administrator after 30 years of service. Grace served as Monticello City Councilman-at-Large for 25 years.
About Board of Works member Andy Harmon
Andy is maried to Linda and they have three daughters; Angela, Teresa, and Monica.
Andy is owner and principal of the Harmon Insurance Agency, Inc.
He is a member of the White County Tax Abatement Board, and a member of the Kiwanis Club for the past 42 years. He is currently the Kiwanis treasurer. Andy is serving his first term as a member of the Board of Works.
