The City of Monticello is divided into four wards. There are two dividing lines. The north/south line is Main Street. The east/west line is Washington Street. The northeast quadrant is Ward 1. The northwest quadrant is Ward 2. Ward 3 is the southwest quadrant and Ward 4 is in the southeast. Grace Oilar represents all the residents of the four wards as Council-At Large.
